Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with this report and the process... I often send through things when the LA’s don’t do a good job and believe this was exceptional service from the LA!
Not once did I have to chase the LA or the builder, claim was lodged on 05/10/12, LA and builder was out the same day, First Report Received 08/10/12..claim completed 01/11/12..insured was impressed and so was I!

Not often I do this these days, but I feel it's worthy to write a very quick email to you, to let you know how happy I am with your services during my recent claim - thanks to a frozen water pipe - in Tokoroa.
